Applicants must be able to display basic culinary and food handling knowledge, knife skills, and be able to operate common kitchen equipment such as grinders, slicers, ovens, deep fryers, bain-maries and mixers. Applicants for Commis 1 or First Cook must display more advanced culinary knowledge and be able to identify and prepare international classic dishes.

• Contract – Permanent
• Salary – USD$ 700 – USD$1500.00 p/month
• Rotation – 6 months on/2 months off
• Required – medical, visa, SID card- we will help you get all of these!
• Qualifications – 1 year kitchen experience in 4 or 5-star hotel/restaurant environment, preferably high volume.
